*Giveaway and Review: Alone Yet Not Alone

Written by: Tracy Leininger Craven

This special movie addition of the book, Alone Yet Not Alone, is based on a true story.

When two young girls are captured by natives, they must rely on their faith to survive.

Who the book is for:

Preteens through teens, though it does have some dark, scary events taking place in it.

What I liked:

A great testament to faith.

Kept me interested - even as an adult.

Includes pictures in the middle with scenes from the movie.

What I didn’t like:

Nothing in particular.

My conclusion:

Overall, this is a good read.

I give Alone Yet Not Alone 4 out of 5 stars.

  16. I think I'd wait until it comes out on DVD to watch it. I bet the book would be better just because they tend to leave out so much when they make a book into a movie.

  20. I like the trailer but hate going to the movie theater. It would have to be as good as Star Wars was when I was 18 years old for me to see it in the theater, but I would purchase the dvd for $20 or less.

This actually looks like a good movie, although with a 10 week old daughter I will probably buy the dvd rather than go watch it in the theater.
