My nieces and nephews love books, they love having new stories to read. So, as the spoiling auntie that I am, I love receiving new children’s books to read and review and share with those special kiddos. I was excited to have the opportunity to check out Only God Can Make a Kitten, and I am looking forward to sharing it with my nieces and nephews.

The story:

This book tells – in rhyming text – about all the things that God has made.

The illustrations:

The pictures in this book aren’t my favorite. Some of them are a little bit cute, but I don’t really care for most of them too much.

How strong is the book?

This is a hardcover book with a jacket, and it appears relatively sturdy.

Who the book is for:

The back of this book says that it is for ages 4 through 8, but I would say it would be good for 2 through 5 or so.

What I liked:

The text is cute and easy/fun to read.

The message is good.

What I didn’t like:

I’m not a big fan of the pictures.

My conclusion:

Overall, this is a simple and decent book.

I give Only God Can Make a Kitten 4 out of 5 stars.

I received this book free to review from Book Look. The opinions expressed in this review are my true thoughts and feeling regarding this book. I am disclosing this information in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255.
