Cute but Doesn't Read the Best - My Review of I Prayed for You

Published by: Tommy Nelson

My sister is longing for a baby. She is waiting to get pregnant, and I am praying for her. When I had the chance to read and review I Prayed for You, I really wanted to get the book to save for that day when my sister says that she is expecting.

This book is written from a mother bear's perspective, and it shares about how she prayed for her little one, and it includes the prayers that she prayed.

The illustrations:

The pictures throughout this book are really cute and I like them.

Who This Book is For:

This is a good gift for any expectant or new mom.

What I liked:

The pictures are really sweet.

The overall idea of the book is nice.

The book is a cute one and one that mothers will appreciate.

What I didn’t like:

This book isn't really for babies as much as it is for mothers. It doesn't really read well when read aloud. It doesn't flow like I want it to.

My conclusion:

Overall, I think this could be a special gift for my sister one day.

I give I Prayed for You 4 out of 5 stars.
